SuperLeads operates on a non-refundable basis for services rendered. Due to the ongoing nature of our lead generation strategies and the time invested in campaign setup, customization, and ongoing optimization, we cannot offer full refunds once a service has begun.

3. Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider offering a partial refund in the following situations:
  • Technical Issues: In the rare event that our services are interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we may offer a prorated refund for the period of downtime.
  • Campaign Performance: If, after a period of [clearly defined timeframe, e.g., 3 months], your lead generation campaign significantly underperforms against the mutually agreed-upon goals outlined in the initial proposal, we may offer a partial refund based on the service fees and the level of performance achieved. To qualify for a performance-based refund, you must provide us with documented evidence of the campaign's underperformance.

4. Refund Request Process
